The cabin accommodates a maximum of 8 guests across its three bedrooms and six beds. The main bedroom on the first floor features a king bed and a private full bathroom. The loft bedroom offers a king bed with access to a shared full bathroom, while the basement bedroom provides 2 twin beds, 2 full bunk beds, and a shared full bathroom. Additionally, a half bathroom is conveniently situated off the first floor entryway mudroom.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
100% refund (minus an 8% processing fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund (minus an 8% processing fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
We hold a $500 security deposit, which is returned after your stay subject to the rental agreement. Please note that the registered guest must agree to be held liable for all damages to the property or other guests upon booking confirmation, even if it exceeds the $500 deposit.
To maintain a secure and responsible environment, our vacation rental house has a minimum rental age requirement of 25 years old. This policy is in place to ensure the well-being of our property and to promote a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Self check-in is 4:00 PM. Check in details, including your door code, will be sent by email 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Check out is by 11:00 AM on the scheduled day; your access code will cease to work at this time. Check out instructions will be sent by email 24 hours prior to checkout.
The cabin has all the amenities of a modern home and more. We are especially proud of the stunning views and tranquility of the surrounding forest.
The surrounding Hocking Hills area includes state parks, national forests, hiking trails, caves, canoeing, adventure parks, zip-lining, rock climbing, horse trails, as well as year-round festivals, winery and brewery events.
Guests of all ages are welcome, however neither the cabin nor the property has been child-proofed. It is important for children to be supervised during their stay, especially around any fire feature and while exploring the natural terrain outside. There are fire features, an ungated hot tub, as well as a large deck and varying terrain that require direct adult supervision.
Please note that our property does not provide certain child furnishings such as baby gates, high chairs, or cribs.
If you are traveling with young children and require specific items for their safety and comfort, we kindly ask that you bring these necessary child furnishings with you. This includes but is not limited to baby gates to secure staircases or doorways, and cribs for your little one’s peaceful sleep.
All of the cabin’s smart TV’s all include Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, Netflix, and YouTube Live.
